The design of the truck cab overturning system is to adapt to the layout structure of the truck engine and meet the maintenance and repair needs of vehicles in daily use. In addition, some special vehicles are heavily loaded and require frequent maintenance and repair, and the cab overturning system requires frequent use. Although certain performance indicators should be met in the design requirements, due to the fact that the cab overturning system is essentially a set of hydraulic mechanisms, some faults will inevitably occur during use.
1. The lifting controller does not operate, and the electric pump does not work
Fault cause and solution: The power supply is not connected. Check if the entire vehicle's power supply is connected and if the vehicle is in neutral
The air inlet and exhaust plug vents on the fuel tank are blocked by dirt. Clean the air inlet and exhaust plug vents
Loose connector pins and poor contact, re fix connector pins, virtual connections are not allowed
The vehicle's fusible link is open, and the plug fuse is disconnected. Please replace the vehicle's fusible link and connect the fuse
Reverse the connector, check the connector interface, and reconnect according to the identification on the cab lift controller.
2. The lifting controller relay acts and makes a clicking sound, and the electric pump motor does not work
Fault cause and solution: The main circuit is not connected. Check if the vehicle is in neutral, if the engine fuse is installed or damaged, if the motor is damaged, and replace the electric pump assembly.
3. The reversing handle is in the "cab down" position, the motor pumps oil, and the cab rises but cannot descend
Fault cause and solution: The pipeline is connected in reverse, reconnect the pipeline according to the wiring diagram, open the control circuit of the electric pump, and check whether the entire vehicle power supply is connected
4. The electric pump/manual pump operates half way up in the cab, but the cab does not rise
Fault cause and solution: The fuel tank is insufficient. Lower the driver's cab to the original position, remove the intake and exhaust plugs on the fuel tank, place a filter at the fuel inlet of the fuel tank, and add oil until it is flush with the plunger (at this time, the rocker arm should be turned to the lowered position)
5. Continuous sliding of the cab
Fault cause and solution: The hydraulic system is contaminated, the steel ball of the hydraulic control one-way valve of the oil cylinder is not sealed with the throttle hole, the oil pool, oil pipe, and oil circuit system are cleaned, and the hydraulic oil is replaced.
The above article provides a detailed introduction to the solutions when the truck cab overturning system malfunctions. As the cab overturning system itself is prone to various small problems, it is necessary to pay attention to inspection during regular driving to avoid more problems in the truck cab.
